PHYSICAL DISABILITY
The regulated activity of personal care consists of the provision of personal care for people who are unable to provide it for themselves, because of old age, illness, or disability, and which is provided to them in their own environment.

PALLIATIVE CARE
Dignified, tailored end of life care, right in our Service Users own home. People have the right to choose where they wish to spend the last days of their lives. For many people this will be to remain at home in familiar surroundings.
IFTIIN Home Care LTD will provide essential domiciliary care and support to enable our Service Users and their family to make this choice. We aspire to design an end-of-life care plan with you and, where you wish it, your family or friends. Our Domiciliary Care service will then be tailored to meet your specific needs and preferences. We will value and respect each service user’s spirituality and his/her right to dignified care at this time of their lives.
DEMENTIA
We believe that we must care for our service users with the same respect and diligence that we would give a loved member of our own family.
Our aim is to provide the standard of care that we would want for our own families. This means valuing the unique qualities of each service user and seeing the whole person, not just a list of care needs.
The Nature of services we provide, includes services like:
1. Personal Care:
- Assistance with dressing/undressing – getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night
- Assistance with bathing, showering, and washing
- Assistance with skin care, washing hair and cleaning teeth
- Manicuring and foot care but not cutting toenails
- Assistance with bed bathing
- Assistance with toileting and use of incontinence aids
- Assistance with medication and health-related duties (in accordance with the written Care Plan)
- Night sleepover or sitting service and day sitting services
